Hog Roast

Local Hog Roast Catering. We can offer you a spit roasted whole pig to feed up to 150 people.  Plus all the trimmings.  There is nothing like the aroma of a freshly cooked pork, served with apple sauce in a fresh bread roll.  Our spit roast is the latest in technology, made to the highest specification including stainless steel parts for cleanliness and no corrusion.  Ideal for outdoor weddings and celebrations.

National Sandwich Week - Challenge

Paul of Mustard Seeds Catering was chosen to appear on BBC Radio Kent to help celebrate the 'National Sandwich Week'.  Paul says "We are honoured to be able to represent the Medway Towns and pay tribute to the Earl of Sandwich's invention.  What a benefit it has been to the fast living lifestyle we subject ourselves to.  If it wasn't for the good old British sandwich, we would be missing out on an essential part of our staple diet.  Sandwiches don't need to be boring these days, our customers love our 'grape and brie', 'stilton and pear' and 'coronation chicken with iceberg lettuce' to name but a few, in fact we have invented a special Radio Kent Coronation Chicken sandwich which will be available for customers for the next two weeks".  Julie Maddocks and producer Steve McCormick visited Mustard Seeds on 15th May 2007 where Paul judged 'a radio presenter's skill on the chopping board'.  The team took samples back to the radio station to judge the culinary delights.  Tune in to Radio Kent to find out how they all get on.
